Healthy Banana Bread

This gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-less banana bread courtesy of the clean eating superstar sisters Helmsley & Helmsley. What better way to unwind with a cup of tea! Thanks to Jasmine and Melissa Helmsley for making tea time guilt-free!

Here’s their yummy recipe:

 

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe bananas
  • 60g coconut flour
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 50g/3 tbs coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tbs ACV (apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/2 tbs maple syrup for the batter plus ½ tbs for the top
     

 

Method

  • Line a loaf tin with baking paper
  • Throw all the ingredients into a food processor
  • Bake at 180 Celsius for 40 minutes.
