Healthy Banana Bread

This gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-less banana bread courtesy of the clean eating superstar sisters Helmsley & Helmsley. What better way to unwind with a cup of tea! Thanks to Jasmine and Melissa Helmsley for making tea time guilt-free!
Here’s their yummy recipe:
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 60g coconut flour
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 medium eggs
- 50g/3 tbs coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tbs ACV (apple cider vinegar)
- 1/2 tbs maple syrup for the batter plus ½ tbs for the top
Method
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper
- Throw all the ingredients into a food processor
- Bake at 180 Celsius for 40 minutes.
